Tuesday was Chris’ (my coworker) birthday. Naturally, that meant we got to out to lunch. Woo-hoo! Since Chris (and the other 2 of us) are giant fans of sushi, we went to “Mr. Sushi” about 5 min from our office. It was my first time to visit Mr. Sushi. I’d say it was a […]

It was nice having most of the family in Houston for the festivities. My grandma moved into a new house for the first time in 43 years, so […]

The Mighty Slimcado I’ve been on an “avocado kick” for the past month or two… It’s like I can’t get through 48 hours without enjoying an avocado. I don’t feel so badly because they have the “good fat” and they come directly from the earth, which is good. I’m not a big fan of diet […]

Reikyu Sushi is the best sushi I’ve had yet! My cousins and I went to dinner at Reikyu Saturday night, which is located in Mockingbird Station. Dean and his friend knew one of the chefs (Mark), which was very convenient, because we practically ordered the whole menu, on top of having a few custom-made dishes. […]

So being new to Dallas allll the way from Fort Worth (all of 35 miles) I’ve been trying several churches in hopes of finding a great new church home. I am sad to leave my church of the past 4 years, Christ Chapel Bible Church. But the new one in the lead so far is […]

What is this world coming to?!! My favorite part of the article “Michael’s T-shirt was also covered in Cheeto dust.” (*Gasp*) NOT THE CHEETOS!!! There’s another crazy article on FoxNews.com claiming cancer can be caused by microwave popcorn!- What?! Yea, maybe if you stood next to the microwave vent inhaling the fumes? Not that […]

Let’s be honest. This was a pretty common reaction of mine… as a child. There were many occasions where I was denied wonderful experiences such as the amazing FRUIT STRIPED gum! C’mon, they had tattoos on EACH individual wrapper!   You may ask, “Where the heck did this thought come from?” Well, if you only know me and my thoughts….I […]
