Zane // Senior Portraits // Tigard High School

Let me start by saying I got to ride in a golf cart for an hour so it was an AWESOME day. We started Zane’s Senior portrait session at the Tualatin Country Club, where he works and plays frequently, when he’s not captaining the Tigard High School Golf team.  I photographed his brother a couple years ago and I have so much love for this family. They have raised FOUR outstanding young men who are kind, courteous, funny, intelligent, love God, lead well and are involved in their community. Did I mention how respectful and kind they all are?!  Anyway, after we went off a few ramps in the golf cart (jk) we headed to Zane’s favorite spot to watch the sunset for some more photos.

I drove as he navigated me through some gorgeous back-roads alongside farmlands that are just outside the suburbs of where he lives. The winding roads hugged beautiful orchards, vineyards, farms, wineries, and open fields bordered by evergreens. We made a few stops along the way to snap some pics (enjoy the one where I Photoshopped a cowboy hat onto him- thankful my clients have a sense of humor).  He’s also an ambassador for Portland Gear so we had to capture that part of his life in a few shots.

We ended his session at his favorite spot amongst a hazelnut orchard atop a hill and the clouds broke in perfect timing to beam the sunset rays through its opening.  Another car even stopped in the middle of the road to enjoy the scene, as well.  Cheers to a wonderful Senior year, Zane! Thanks for sharing all your secret spots!

Senior Guy Portraits

When he jumped a piece of hay flew up at the same time, which looked JUST like a lasso (to me) so, naturally I HAD to Photoshop a cowboy hat onto him.
