Dante’s senior portrait session was a lot of fun! I strive to make my clients feel comfortable and confident in who they are. My goal is to capture their true personality and little quirks and uniqueness. We captured a few traditional portraits and then we spent some time on the “beach” of the Willamette River throwing rocks- allowing him to just be a teenage boy. Some of the images throwing rocks are my favorite. Then, we headed to Tigard High School. Dante is really involved with (and good at) track. He just competed in a decathlon and advanced to another high level meet/competition! He’s really great at long jumping so we played around a bit with that, as well as, the pole vaulting mat, which featured the “Power T” symbol for Tigard High School.
At his in-studio order session we designed a small album and this framed collage featuring him long jumping (which is even more impressive since he’s in “normal” street clothes!)
