My boss comes busting into the office, walks straight into my office (note he’s wearing nice slacks, with a white undershirt tucked in) and just blurts out “I was pumping gas and it just splashed back at me all over my clothes!” He seemed so helpless and I couldn’t help but bust out laughing uncontrollably. He just seemed so confused and distraught… but also was not returning the laughter.  I was laughing so hard I had to leave the area and go share the wealth with some of my co-workers, only to find out they were laughing on the otherside of the door to their office at a racy comment one of them dropped.

Oh yea, and he’s a smoker. Hmm…That’s a new method of quitting quickly.

A few hours pass by and one of our business friends enters the office- sweatshirt in hand and asks if my boss is in his office. I sent him back to his office. I didn’t put two and two together until our company meeting at the end of the day. My boss enters the meeting wearing an old, stained, and a few sizes too small/form-fitting Harvard sweatshirt. Again, the laughter just came out like vomit.

Needless to say, it was a great day.
