My heart nearly exploded with pride & joy as we watched our sweet little boy’s first school Christmas program at his new preschool in SW Portland. This school has been a blessing and he’s really enjoyed it.  We dressed Brady in his new “Christmas best” from his RaRa for the big night. Isn’t he so handsome?!

Turns out he was placed smack dab in the front center so, I got up from my pew seat and basically photographed the entire thing crouched in the center aisle. He did a great job and was hilarious. He was full of personality, but also didn’t do what he didn’t want to do. When something was going on behind him with the older kids, he’d just turn around and prop himself up on his elbows and watch- hah. Once he saw me int he aisle, he wanted me to hold him & was asking “where’s my daddy?” over and over again, but thankfully he persevered and finished the performance.

What a blessing that we get to enjoy sweet moments like this and that he’s beginning to somewhat understand who Jesus is and the basics of what He did for us. How cool.
