Last night was the second stop of Jasmine Star’s “The Fix” tour in Dallas, Tx.  I came straight from work and met a friend, so I didn’t arrive in time to stand in the outrageously long line of other photographers that wanted their photo with her. It was like we were at a celebrity event. Crazy. I had no idea there were going to be that many folks (200). Some traveled all the way from Mexio, OKC, Austin, etc… I was grateful I didn’t have to travel far and spend too much money to attend the special evening. I have been wanting to attend one of her workshops for a while, just couldn’t justify the cost/travel expenses to California. (Although, truthfully I love California and would find any excuse to go back.)

Anyway, last night was great. It was hosted at the swanky The Apartment in Dallas. There were drinks served throughout the night, but we spent a good several hours listening to Jasmine give some great advice, and walk through some interesting Q&A sessions.  We even ran into a friend we met at the last workshop we attended together. Overall, it was a great time and Jasmine is the same in person as you would expect. Bubbly,educated, passionate, humble, and funny!
