The world is a small place! I found my current tailor/custom alterations guy by doing a Google search for local tailor shops in Dallas. I found a local listing for one that seemed legit (had good reviews) and was close by, so I tried him out. He is just as good as his reviews claim! The tailor shop I’m talking about is HARRY’S TAILOR SHOP in Dallas.  Since he not only did a great job altering my clothes, but provided some of the best customer service I’ve returned to him several times in the past 2 years for various alterations. I’ve learned that he has a lot of loyal customers, and is the “go to” tailor for most of the designer stores in Dallas.

Harry and I got to talking one day. I told him I worked for a start-up software company, Lead Maverick, and that I am also a freelance photographer on the side. He seemed very interested in my “background” in technology and search engines. To the average person I may be pretty familiar with how search engines work (it’s my job to know this) and the key elements to ranking well in search engines, etc…, but I am not an extreme expert.  He seemed very interested in how he could affect his appearance in search engines. Since he’s not a very tech savvy guy, he asked me to “take care of it” for him in return for exchanged services.
