I was recently reminded of why I love the movie, “Mean Girls“, so much… there are SO many hilarious quotes/moments that mock life as it truly is.

Let me set up one of my favorite scenes for you… the anonymous “burn book” has been turned in to the principal and no one has confessed to creating it, which contains bad things written about students & administration. At this point the admin is holding all the Junior girls in the gym and attempting to persuade someone to confess by allowing them to say things they want to get off their chest, followed by a trust-fall into the audience of other students. About half-way through the trust-fall session one girl walks up to the make-shift stage for her turn:

Crying Girl: [reading from paper] I wish we could all get along like we used to in middle school... I wish I could bake a cake filled with rainbows and smiles and everyone would eat and be happy… [about to cry]

Damian: [shouting from back] She doesn’t even go here!
Ms. Norbury: Do you even go to this school?
Crying Girl: No… I just have a lot of feelings…
Ms. Norbury: Ok go home…  [girl walks off stage]
