Wow… I think this is the longest break I’ve taken (unintentionally) from writing any posts. Before I start the ongoing list of updates, I’ll just say… 

It’s official…I’m going up to NYC in november for a long weekend to visit friends!

I’ve had about 4 opportunities in the past year to visit NY and they’ve all fallen through. I’m finally going! I’m so excited to see my friends, as well as, New York City in the fall. I am sort of obsessed with the changing of seasons, and what better place to see this than the North Eastern coast?! I will be taking tons of photos, no doubt. I might as well wear an “America” t-shirt, white tennis shoes, baseball cap, fanny pack, and my camera drapped around my neck with a map open in my hands.

 It’s going to be a sweet experience. The last time I was in that ‘area’ was in high school when I visited DC for a week. I’m sure I’ll end up doing many cliche touristy things like ice skating, napping in Central Park, experiencing a Broadway show, hitting all the museums I possibly can, eating a hotdog from a street vendor, drinking coffee at the famous “Serendipity” coffee shop, etc…
