I am all over Mental Floss. A 30 minute nap…phhhh! How about a 2 hour nap after waking up at 5:30 and managing, Mommying, “teaching”, nursing ( not w/ breasticles),counseling, and surviving 158 high school seniors a day!
I love it, but wow it gets harder as I reach 50 in a couple of weeks.
