Let me tell you… these new QUAKER TORTILLAZ “ZESTY GUACAMOLE” rice cake chips are the best things since sliced bread!! They must put some addictive substance in them though, because I LOVE THEM and can’t stop eating them!!!! They’re soo tasty, just the right crunch and actually taste like guacamole (which i love.) GOOD call, Quaker.

Mmmmm….pita chips. One of my old college roommates introduced me to sweet ole Stacy’s Pita Chips. You used to only be able to purchase this specific brand of pita chips at Costco… but not any more folks!! Now you can get them at Smoothie King, and most local grocers! Woohoo!! I bought myself a bag the other day and I’ve had them at my side for a snack while working throughout the day. They are just so perfect. My favorite flavor is THE Cinnamon Sugar. I’m not an avid “chip-consumer”, but man these make me so happy. Food texture is very important to me. I like a lot of very “smooth” things (ice cream, pudding, yogurt, smoothies, avacadoes- basically anything you don’t have to chew necessarily). I also like very crunchy things (pretzels, carrot sticks, celery, fresh red bell peppers, Chex-mix, STACY’s pita chips, etc..)
My office building has been undergoing an entire remodeling process… it’s been kinda fun watching the transformation. It’s beginning to look so much prettier!! With that said, that means the scent of FRESH paint lingers at every turn, elevator ride, bathroom visit, etc…! Is it weird that I enjoy the smell of fresh paint? I find myself spending extra time in the newly redesigned bathrooms located on our floor… because I love the smell of the new thick wooden doors and fresh paint. They also installed new soap dispensers with the GOOD soap! (I have this habit of taking notice of what kind of soap public restrooms provide -or any restrooms for that matter). My favorite is the pink soap that smells like detergent and flowers with a hint of bubblegum. Maybe I’ll just sit in there and eat my pita chips? Gross.
Note: I am not a fan or supporter of huffing, kids… however, this image made me giggle. Sorry…

I live in Canada & we cant get these chips here but when I go to the US I always get some and bring some back for friends and family, they all love them. We do have other products similar like the mini rice cakes but they don’t come close to the taste of these. Maybe one day they will make their way to Canada, but for now it is a real treat and something I look forward to when going to the United States. Cheers!!
