Imagine a huge field of never ending rows of brightly colored tulips – like rows and rows of a crayon box. Then, multiply that by 100. That gets you kinda close to how many beautiful tulips we got to see perfectly placed in a field bordered by Mt. Hood on the left and a cute dutch wooden windmill to the right. Talk about picturesque!
Brady and I drove about 30 min South of where we live and are always amazed at the beautiful farms and the amazing views of Mt. Hood. I literally pulled over twice to take pictures BEFORE we arrived at the tulip farm. I’m THAT girl. No shame.
We visited The Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival/ farm in the late afternoon INTENSE sun without a cloud in the sky… so, not my typical desired light scenario, but it was beautiful and fun nonetheless. It’s funny to see Brady reach the age where he can verbalize, “Mommmm stop taking my picture…ugh…” For the most part he was a great sport and good subject. So grateful we get to frolic around beautiful places like this so close to where we live! Here are some of my favorites from our tulip farm adventure.
